  First! My computer died and a friend referred me to F1. Marlend spent hours trying to find out the problem and gave me the verdict. Marlend and Linda were awesome in helping me find a new computer and explaining what had happened to my old one and what I would have on the new one. I was able to take it home and plug it right in. After using this computer for a couple of weeks, I had some questions. I called and Marlend explained everything and helped me find a program I needed. I have never had such wonderful service in all my computer years. I would give them more than a five star rating if I could and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

  Marlend was very helpful with my Macbook Pro. I unfortunately spilled coffee all over it and he was helpful and proactive in getting the issue fixed. When he realized I needed a battery he had a new one the same day. Very knowledgeable, very professional I will not hesitate to go back for any of my Mac needs.

  Marlend and Linda did a great job for me. They went way beyond what I expected. I will go back to F1 for whatever computer problems I run into in the future. AND I ran into another problem (3 months after this one) - went back to Marlend who fixed this one also. My advice: When a problem crops up, go to Marlend.
